Established in 2024 by an established and experienced team of hospitality leaders, Cherry Equity Partners has been supported by a seed investment of £10 million with a line of follow on capital.

Cherry is looking to acquire or partner with small restaurant and bar group with revenues >£5m and with a collection of units that can demonstrate EBITDA at site level but requires capital to grow.

We recognise that some brilliant concepts have become burdened with high central overhead relative to size, and with some underperforming sites and with limited access to capital.
